What we do
An all-around handyman business — home upgrades and simple fixes, inside and out. No job is too big or too small, and if it needs building, repairing or replacing around your home or office, it's worth asking us about.
Seal coating, crack filling and power washing — the work our sign leads with. A sealed drive sheds water instead of letting it freeze in the cracks and tear the asphalt apart.
Brick joints cut out clean and repointed properly — porches, steps and walkways brought back to life. Plus flatwork and decorative concrete.
Full remodels down to the joists when they need it — rotted subfloor, bad flanges and leaking supply lines fixed properly before anything new goes in.
Repairs and installs finished the way they should be — skim coated, sanded and painted so you can't tell where the patch was.
Outdoor structures built level and solid — including bringing tired cast iron railings back to life and swapping out broken pickets.

The toilet was ready to fall through the floor. We tore out the old toilet, vanity and floor tile, pulled the rotted subfloor, repaired the 2×8 floor joists, then installed new insulation, subfloor and vinyl. New flange, wax ring, toilet and vanity — and all the plumbing replaced from the subfloor up to the faucet.
A 10×14 cobblestone-stamped concrete pad out back, plus every piece of rotted wooden door and window trim replaced with PVC trim so it never rots again. We went back by months later — not one crack in the concrete.
Broken and missing pickets removed and replaced on a hand railing, then caulked top and bottom so there are no visible gaps where the pickets meet the rail. The customer wanted to paint them, so we left them ready for paint.
